Monotypic delivered a turn-key solution for this holiday-home project, with innnovative materials and finishes, right down to the cuttlery. Every aspect of the interior was totally transformed to create a bespoke contemporary space that maximises light and views, whilst improving privacy.

Our chosen palette of materials incorporated the clients wish for durability, minimal painting and no tile re-grouting by utilising high-end large format laminates (Fenix NTM) and solid surface panelling (Corian) to deliver a hard wearing, seamless and consistent finish throughout. Even the ceilings in the wet rooms were made from solid surface panels with integrated waterproof LED lighting.
